Gift Card Sales

Due to the digital nature of gift card transactions and the instant processing of these transactions, all gift card sales are generally considered final once verified and processed. However, we recognize that certain situations may warrant refund considerations.

Eligible Refund Scenarios

1. Transaction Errors

If you received an incorrect payment amount due to a technical error on our platform, you may be eligible for a refund of the difference. We will require documentation of the error and will investigate thoroughly before processing any refunds.

2. Unprocessed Gift Cards

If your gift card was submitted but not processed or verified within our stated timeframe (typically 24-48 hours), and you wish to cancel the transaction, you may request a refund. The gift card must not have been used or redeemed.

3. Service Dissatisfaction

If you experienced significant issues with our service that were directly caused by technical failures or staff errors, we may consider partial or full refunds on a case-by-case basis.

Non-Eligible Scenarios

Refunds will generally not be provided in the following situations:

  • If you provided incorrect gift card information
  • If the gift card was found to be invalid, already redeemed, or fraudulently obtained
  • If you have a change of mind after the transaction has been completed
  • If you're dissatisfied with the exchange rate after the transaction has been completed
  • If our verification process determines the gift card does not meet our terms and conditions

Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction date
  2. Provide your transaction ID and details of the issue
  3. Submit any supporting documentation that may help with your claim
  4. Allow up to 5 business days for our team to review your request

Refund Processing Time

If your refund request is approved, please be aware that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method:

  • Bank transfers: 3-7 business days
  • Mobile money: 1-3 business days
  • Other payment methods: Varies by provider

Partial Refunds
